Yes, we naturally provide a warranty on all our products.

For household appliances, the warranty period is generally two years.
For professional catering equipment, a warranty of one year generally applies.

We have been working with crêpes, waffles, ice cream and more for over 30 years – both in our own businesses and at city festivals, weekly markets and sales stands. We have also been running our own catering operations for around 25 years and are still active in the food sector today, including crêpes, waffles, ice cream, pizza and desserts.

Thanks to our many years of hands-on experience, we can offer not only classic product advice but also valuable guidance for people starting out or setting up a new catering business.

This goes beyond simply recommending the right appliance – we can also address practical everyday questions, for example about workflows, equipment requirements, accessories or the typical demands of a sales operation.

We do, however, want to be clear that we do not offer comprehensive business management consultancy for the catering industry. Our focus is primarily on our products and finding the right equipment for your needs.
