1. Right of return
We accept returns for items purchased from Crepesshop under the following conditions:
- Return period: Items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Condition of items: Returned products must be in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging, labels and accessories. Damaged or altered items are excluded from return.
- Non-returnable items: Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. These include opened or used baking mixes, accessories that come into contact with food, and related consumables.
2. Return procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Receive a return authorisation: We will send you a return authorisation number (RAN) and instructions for returning your items.
- Send the item: Pack the item securely and send it back according to the instructions. Include the return authorisation number with your shipment.
3. Return shipping costs
Please pack the item carefully and enclose your RAN with the return shipment.
The customer is responsible for the costs of the return shipment. You are free to choose the shipping provider. We do not usually provide prepaid return labels.
In certain cases (e.g. for justified complaints or by prior arrangement), we can provide you with a return label. Please contact us in advance.
4. Refund policy
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund under the following conditions:
- Refund method: Refunds will be made via the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer available, a merchandise voucher may be issued.
- Processing time: Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of receiving the return. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.
5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item (size, features, etc.), please return the original item and place a new order.
6. Defective or incorrect items
If you have received a defective or incorrect item (barbecue, crepe maker etc.), please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.
7. Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund after the specified processing time has elapsed:
- Check your bank account: Sometimes it takes a while for refunds to be officially posted.
- Contact your bank or credit card company: There may be a delay before the refund is posted to your account.
