Processing Time, Shipping Duration and Order Cut-Off

Processing time: After you place your order, our team requires 1 business day to carefully process it.

Shipping duration: After processing, your order is typically in transit for 1–3 business days within Germany (Monday to Friday). For international orders, the shipping duration is 3–6 business days.

Order cut-off: Please ensure your order is placed before 12:00 noon Central European Time (CET / GMT+01:00) for it to be processed on the same day.

These are estimated processing and delivery times – your order may arrive earlier.

Domestic Deliveries (Germany):

We calculate shipping costs based on the shipping weight:

For the shipment of bulky goods (freight delivery), we charge as follows:
Freight delivery (from approx. 80 kg or for bulky goods such as Plancha grills, professional crêpe makers, etc.):

Weight up to 300 kg: €179.00
Weight up to 500 kg: €239.00

Freight deliveries are made to the kerbside only. Unloading assistance or delivery to upper floors is not included. Upon request, we can arrange a preferred delivery date with the freight carrier (pre-advice).

International Deliveries:

We calculate international shipping costs based on the shipping weight.

We deliver as standard to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus, and Switzerland.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight (prices include statutory VAT where applicable).

For deliveries to third countries (e.g. Switzerland, UK, USA, Japan), additional import charges (VAT, customs duties, and where applicable excise duties) may apply and are to be borne by the recipient. These are not included in the shipping costs stated above.

Deliveries within the EU and to Switzerland are made by DHL. The exact shipping costs will be displayed in your shopping cart before completing the order.

EU Countries – freight delivery (from approx. 55 kg or for bulky goods):
Weight up to 200 kg: €249.00
Weight up to 300 kg: €319.00
Weight up to 500 kg: €429.00

Switzerland – freight delivery:
Weight up to 200 kg: €289.00
Weight up to 300 kg: €369.00
Weight up to 500 kg: €499.00

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 1–3 days, and for international deliveries within 2–5 days after conclusion of the contract (for advance payment, from the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be dispatched in a single shipment, unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
