Abrasive stone for regular maintenance and cleaning of the crepe plate without damaging it.
Rub the abrasive stone in a circle over the plate. This simply removes the baking crust and batter residue.
We recommend cleaning the crepe plate when it is warm. When you can place the palm of your hand on the crepe plate, the crepe plate has reached the right temperature for cleaning. The warm crepe plate is cleaned more quickly.
